Structured for swimmers capable of completing 25 yards unassisted, this class bridges basic swimming with competitive-style mechanics. Instruction focuses on mastering bilateral breathing, streamlining, stroke efficiency, and introducing breaststroke, butterfly fundamentals, and pool etiquette. Swimmers develop real endurance and clean technique under active, deck-level coaching.
