Ages: 16+ Create nutritious lunch kits in two 1-hour shifts to support local families through SJJCC’s Nikki Schwartz Memorial Community Needs Bank.
Help your children feel secure, confident, and resilient as they learn practical strategies to manage stress and stay present. Dr. Fallon Kane of Kane Psychology in Manhasset will guide families through modern challenges—from school pressures to social expectations—and show how to respond in positive, supportive ways. Tap into calm and focus through guided, hands-on art. Create and reflect with painting, drawing, découpage, and beading—no experience needed; materials provided. Thursdays, 2:30-3:30pm December 18, January 22, February 26 $20 members / $40 nonmembers
Celebrate Shabbat with community! Share in blessings, candle lighting, and a meal with friends, both old and new.
